We bought a Ford Transit Connect with only one key, thankfully they were able to cut another and program the fob. Toby was very professional and kind, great experience overall. Since it’s mobile they can meet you wherever you need.

We had an "impossible" to program set of key fobs. Ace, used almost every trick in the book. Because he's very persistent, he finally prevailed. The cost to accomplish this was very reasonable. I would recommend them anytime.

These guys are the real deal. They made a 2023 Toyota key fob for half of what another shop charged us less than a year ago. The brick and mortar stores (Harper/Jay Key) can't even do some/most of the newer keys. Icing on the cake was they called me back, and even showed up early! And Ace was really polite and particular about his work. Thank you 417 Car Keys!

Heard the radio commercial and gave them a try. 417 Car Keys were very knowledgeable and friendly and polite and worked quickly to handle my issue on a Volkswagen. Car keys with chips and crazy looking key designs are a mystery to me and these folks handled it with absolute ease at a very reasonable price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Gave me a USED cheap amazon knockoff instead of an oem key. I could've done that. I thought i was paying professionals. I wemt ahead and i added a picture since the owner wants to lie about it.
I bought the car through a dealership and they assured me I'd receive an oem key. Then they sent these guys out amd they gave me a s scuffed up knockoff

I will definitely use 417 Car Keys again in the future! I needed a second proximity 4 button fob for a 2024 Mazda CX-5. Office staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them on the phone and the handoff to the mobile tech (Ace) was smooth. Ace called when they said he would, showed up when he said he would, assisted when I had a follow up question, and completed the job like a pro. I'm very pleased!

Stopped in because I thought I needed a new battery for the auto start for the wife's car and checked it on a scanner they've got and said no it's fine so that wasn't the issue and I got to talking to him about having some keys made and the guys were up front honest with me . When I do need new electronic keys made I'll defined go back. Huh, they didn't even charge me for the dum dums I had.

It was easy to get ahold of 417 Car Keys in Nixa, MO (unlike the other service providers that directed me to an answering service overseas). Toby and Ace with 417 Car Keys provided excellent service when my son's car key fob literally fell apart in his hand and he was locked out of his car the day before Thanksgiving. They were prompt and courteous and didn't charge us a ridiculous fee to come out and make a new key. They stayed with my son to make sure the key and fob worked well to unlock and to start the car. Then they called to tell me that it's under warranty and they offer free battery replacement. I highly recommend 417 Car Keys!

Needed a key made for the ignition of my motorhome (no electronics in it). Tried the hardware store, recommended I try here. Ace scoured the internet to determine the blank, cut a couple of keys, but they didn't work. He went back and found another blank, cut it for me, and SUCCESS! Definitely will go back again for any key needs.

Excellent experience with 417 CarKeys this week in Branson, MO. My brother had a medical emergency and his vehicle was left stranded at a hotel as he had the key with him. 417 Car Keys was able to come down and make and program a brand new key so we were able to move his vehicle. Great customer service, excellent sense of urgency and extremely fair pricing considering the circumstances. Will absolutely call again if I find myself in need.

I was going to have to get my car towed to the dealership and then pay to get the key cut and programmed without a time frame on when they would be able to get it done because the key had actually broken off from the fob and I couldn't find it. One gentleman told me something different on Saturday than what the next man I talked to on Monday told me. Life situations like this can be overwhelming and frustrating but the man on Monday referred me to calling 417 Car Keys so I wouldn't have to have the car towed since they come to you and are able to get you taken care of during the appointment. Toby was very nice and professional and he was able to get 2 new fobs with keys plus he put batteries in my old fob plus a discount for getting the 2nd key made at the same time. I had this done a couple weeks ago and I'm happy with the keys and fobs working correctly. I was mad at myself and stressed about the money but because of them being reasonably priced and getting it done in a short amount of time I feel I did the right thing by calling them. Had an experience where I messed up and was left without a fob that worked and was stranded. This company was quick to respond and got me hooked up as quickly as possible. Also the price for two fobs was less than the dealership quote for one. Plus they came to me instead of having to tow to dealership. Toby was the tech who came out. He was very prompt and communicative. He explained the process and even provided some entertainment while the process was wrapping up. Would use them again and will highly recommend to others!
